Would these be suitable to write on?

Hello, the sticker material is a matt-finished paper so yes they should be fine to write on. Should be ok with most types of pen.

Will they stick on wax/glassine bags please?

I have used then on paper felt and card i have not used them on plastic. I can not see why they can not be used on anything.

Are these Matt finish ?

They are yes - they were ideal - didn't stick well on napkins but did on lots of other fabrics/paper!! Theyre great!

Are these water proof?
