Q: Can you use this base coat under cnd shellac colours successfully?

Well I would definitely do so. I mostly use blue sky but they all seem to be the same. My niece who’s a beauty artist definitely uses this under shellac.

Wouldn’t think so. It’s a base coat, not glue
