Love this rice bran. First time using it, actually, so I cannot compare but I love this one. It works beautifully mixed with water as a face scrub and is also deliciously mild consumed as a drink.

This was perfect, great strong, rare powerful herb. Houttuynia cordata , packaged safely,. I appreciate the fair price and how well it suits my herbal protocols. I use it in teas, and cap my own pills with these for my blends to help fight an ongoing issues. Its working period .

Mine had a really bad rancid ("burnt") taste. That means the fat in it is expired. Good rice bran tastes like bran and is slightly sweet. It won't hurt you any more than burnt food so don't panic if you eat some, but I'm not using it because it tastes awful and isn't great.
