Good but expensive
Great flavor, delicious product. But it is more on the expensive side for the amount you get. Don't know if it's worth the money.

I did not care for the taste and it gels when refrigerated which was inconvenient for serving. Expensive. I would not recommend.

Like the jelly layer on wet pet food
So, yes...the point of bone broth is to get the collagen but I just don't want to see, feel, taste this in it's congealed form. Despite shaking once you refrigerate it just comes out in a gelled mass that resembles more the layer on top of wet pet food more than anything else.

Flavorless water
Not a good broth. Completely flavorless. I got this for my SIL who's getting surgery soon and want to get her a care package, well, thank goodness I tried one before sending her thr package. It's horrible
