is there anything else needed with this headset? can the headsets be charged while being used?

This is a remarkable set of headphone fro people with less than 5% hearing. Highly recommended. No they cannot be charged while in use but their batteries last really really long.

Electrical plug type? i live in florida, united states. will the headphones charging station fit our electrical wall plugs for charging?

I’m not sure, but I bought mine from Amazon UK and it came with a UK adapter which plugs into the base station. If you buy yours from US Amazon I can’t see how it would come with the wrong power supply. If mine had come with an incorrect power hookup I would have sent it straight back. Sorry I can’t say more.

Can you run two sets of headphones from one TV

Yes you can but only by having both headphone docks connected to an output on your television at the same time as they run on different frequencies. So as long as your television has 2 audio outputs such as a headphone jack and a phono output then it will work.
