The best!
Love these pre natal vitamins, I take them alongside the Vital DHA Omegas. I’ve been using Zita West products since my first pregnancy, and now on my 3rd!They’re a bit more pricey than some but I definitely recommend them!

Great product just a tad expensive
This is a great product. Used it and got pregnant twice. However it is quite expensive the capsules are big and it has to be taken three times a day so not for everyone.

Not the product I expected
I ordered this product especially as I wanted the vitamin to contain NAC and co enzyme q10 as stated on the description. When the product arrived neither of these are included in the multi vitamin.

Highly recommended for mum and baby
I refer to these tablets as my "miracle pills" to my friends. I've not had morning sickness while taking them!! I'm usually hugely prone to nausea, so I'm sure I would have had a miserable time with morning sickness if it weren't for these tablets. I've had a great pregnancy so far (4/5 months in).Plus of course the nutrients are tailored to what your baby needs at each stage. The tablets seem to include every nutrient recommended. The more research I've seen on the long term effects this can have on a baby later in life, the more I think it's worth the extra money to buy these tablets. It has a more lasting impact on baby than money spent on the nursery, toys, clothes, etc.Plus, I had a 50% chance of miscarriage, but all is going brilliantly 4/5 months on. I wonder if the tablets may have helped.Great for mum and baby!

Not for me, 3 pills & Vit A
I have purchased 0-12 weeks supplements. My main problem with this brand is the you have to take 3 tablets 3 times a day on a full stomach.Sometimes you dont want to eat 3 times a day because you feel nauseous. A few times i would forget to take all 3 pills and take only 2. Obviously i was worried the baby is not getting enough vitamins and minerals. Its much more convenient to take 1 pill day with all the supplements your body needs.Another issue that i still need my answers to is Vitamin A while NHS website clearly states You should avoid taking Vitamin A while pregnant as it can harm the baby. It says its a “safe way” to take Vitamin A on the packaging, so i am hoping its not going to harm the baby. After finishing 0-12 weeks bottle i have now switched to Pregnacare. Still feel as nauseous but at least i need to remember to take 1 pill in the morning and job done. So relieved haha

So far so good. The only problem I have is that the pills are a bit to big and they get stuck in my throat. Apart from that I would definitely recommend it to everyone

High quality vitamins
Very good quality vitamins which I've taken throughout the first semester of pregnancy on the recommendation of my doctor and a nutritionist. High quality vitamins, would definitely recommend.

Recommended if you are happy to take 3 a day
I bought these as I was looking for pregnancy vitamins with folate instead of folic acid. I’m very pleased and I sailed through my first trimester with hardly any nausea taking these tablets. Baby and placenta are both looking great at my 12 week scans. I decided to also purchase the second trimester tablets and the vita DHA.The only thing is you have to take 3 tablets each day with food. That can be tricky if you are having a nauseous day. I’ve been quite lucky and have managed to take these every day and keep them down but there were a few days I thought I wouldn’t be able to and thought about switching to my one-a-day prenatals just to make sure I got the folic acid that day. I would recommend these tablets however so long as your nausea isn’t too bad.
