will this item stick on drywall/existing painted wall?

This item is not self adhesive/not static cling. It comes with small strips of double sided tape to attach it to a surface. I used sticky tack to hold mine up on a wall that had existing wallpaper. I was afraid the double sided tape would rip the wallpaper. It held up just fine for several days with the sticky tack.

is there a way to get the folds out of it?

To help get out some of the folds, pull the banner tighter and allow the banner to be completely spread out and flat.

Is the height 30 ft? I want it to be taller than wider since I am looking to use it as a backdrop for a photo booth.

It's longer than it is wide, but it will definitely work as a backdrop in a photo booth. You will have plenty left over to use in other areas if you would like; you can cut to your specifications. This is an awesome backdrop I was able to use it across an entire wall and it covered 3/4 of the way to the floor. Hope this helps

It states 4ft x 30 ft. That is accurate. Not sure what part is confusing. It was fairly sturdy but not too thick. Easily held up on wall wth push pins or tape

cruise ship party must

This transformed my living room and kitchen into a cruise ship deck almost instantly. it was an amazing effect and very quick and easy to apply. The roll has some static in it so as you put against the wall it clings quite nicely for positioning. Then some dots of blue tack secure it. Brilliant! If only wallpaper was so easy to put up and remove!

deck back drop

bought this back drop for a murder mystery dinner party and added it to a sky the two combined together gave a realistic look to the dining room. easy to fix and dismantle rolls up for reuse afterwards. I would recommend this product.it came quickly and was packaged satisfactorily
