I likedeverything about the product except when it was charged to ride it it doesn't work. It doesn't move only makes sounds. I am very disappointed! I will probably return this item for a refund but I don't have the boxes anymore. How do I go about that?

Goes through the grass well. Wish it had Bluetooth, but does not. Remote is easy to use. The one thing I'll say I dislike is the bucket on the back keeps falling down when it's going. We used the seat straps to keep it in place 😅 Overall good product!

It was easy to put together. The battery life could be better. We did not use the remote control so I can not speak on that. The kids loved it, but unfortunately after about a year of use,i t started malfunctioning electronically. It would stop and go even while pushing the "gas" peddle. Now it only works sometimes which is hugely disappointing.

Worked ok for a little bit and now the foot pedal switch doesnt work so it wont go anywhere. Tried contacting the company and they werent any help. Even to buy a replacement foot pedal they wouldnt do anything. And we have had to buy a new battery already its only a year old.

We have gone through 2 of these tractors in the past year. The first one stopped turning on and we didn’t have the protection plan, so we bought a new one with the protection plan and it’s a good thing we did, because within a year it stopped working. This time, it would turn on but wouldn’t go anywhere. When it works, it’s cool, but we’re now 0/2 so will probably be looking for a refund and finding something a little more durable.

This product were used as a gift, it is good to have a friend

It takes like 25-30 feet to turn around. My kid has to keep the wheel cranked to make it turn in our yard. The remote has a delay so you have to hit the buttons a lil early. The steering function of the remote went out in day one.
