This is the only turmeric product I have found with black pepper built in to increase absorption of the curcumins and the difference is huge compared with others I've tried - I take it at night alongside other anti-inflammatory supplements such as omega-3 and within a week the long-term pain I had from a running injury eased considerably. Have already ordered more and will not switch again! I love the packaging and the personal service I have received from the family company. I love that the products are organic and that the bottles are glass not plastic (much easier to recycle!) Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a high quality turmeric product.

These are superior to other ones I have tried. It’s definitely the true thing. Only just started taking them a few days ago, starting to feel less pain in my knees already, although I am taking Boswellia Serrata with the Turmeric. But definitely the smell, the colour ,and taste of the turmeric is bang on. Quality product without a doubt. Will be buying more supplements from this company.

These turmeric capsules are wonderful - I just couldn't be without them. They don't act like paracetamol, where you take a tablet and in 20 minutes the pain is gone. But if taken daily these really do work. They build up in the system, and this makes my arthritis absolutely manageable. I don't mean pain free - that would be unrealistic, but they help SO much to keep the pain controlled. So much better than continually taking prescription pain killers on a constant basis, and there are endless other benefits from taking turmeric The capsules are of an extremely high quality, and they are always sent speedily and efficiently. Highly recommended - both the capsules, and the company!

I really like the ethos behind this product. I was taking it specifically for digestion problems and believe it has helped. However, as it is for all round good health I will continue to take it.

I so glad I found True Veda Turmeric Gold. The natural fusion extract technology they have patented allows them get all the great bits of the Organic Turmeric, Black Pepper and Ginger but using no solvents...I could not find anyone else doing this and really happy that I am only ingesting the pure ingredients with no contaminants, fillers or binders. I also love the fact that this small family run company does a lot of safety testing on the ingredients and products putting a lot of other big brands to shame. Well worth the extra money for this quality brand.

After taking only one capsule I started with terrible acid. I thought it would fade but only got worse. I ended up sicking acid which burnt my mouth and throat and left me with a sore throat. I have never had anything like that before and dont ever want anything like it again.This was my awful experience with these capsules.

Love the product and packaging lovely. BUT find it really hard to read title and label/instruction. Design over readability
