got these to make christmas gifts. ended up not fitting so i never used them. seem to be well enough if they will fit a project.

I bought it for a wooden box that I found at a thrift store. I didn’t want the top to flop all the way over when opened. This was just what I needed.

The fine print says both for the left side. WTF. You don’t hide important details in the fine print. Now it is a soft medal so it is easy to bend do it can pass and bend back to make a right side. But since it is a soft medal there is a significant chance this will break the hinge. There are no instructions or template to help locate where to install the hinge. If you don't do ot right you eill break the hinge, your box, or both. Don’t buy. This is a poor quality, poorly thought out product.

I needed a slightly smaller lid hinge to go on a smaller wood box. Everything else I viewed opened in length to around 9", but these fully extended to about 5", which was what I needed. The build quality and price was good for a set of two hinges. I only needed one, but note that you get two "left" side hinges, not a left and a right side, in case you wanted to mount one on each side of box. See photo.

Very low quality when you're building quality boxes such as these you want to quality product can't even find one they're both for the same side as you can see the second picture they won't work on the right side of the box or lid had to paint the press rivets over again to tighten them up they were all loose so it wouldn't even hold the lid to begin with these are getting sent back Don't waste your money
