I have really enjoyed looking at these books. I say "books" because I bought all three. The instructions are so clear and I have learned new crochet techniques. The author has done a great design job on all the animals. I have already started the fox and the lobster.

Got this book for my daughter. Super cute book with good quality content and directions. This is one of my daughter favorite books and she very easily learned to crochet all the animals in this book. They are so adorable! Would definitely recommend this book to someone who loves to crochet animals.

I absolutely love the patterns in this book and the next two in the series! Adorable and surprisingly more approachable than they look. The finished items always seem to impress! I've mixed and matched accessories between patterns with success as well. I do wish there were a few more pictures dealing with placement/ attaching of parts and details. She seems to have improved that in books 2 and 3 somewhat.

This book is an absolute gem! The photography is the cutest—each page is so visually inspiring, it makes you want to crochet every single animal. The creativity in the design of the animals is a solid 10/10. They’re not just adorable, they’re full of personality and charm.The patterns are very well written and easy to follow, and I especially appreciated the detailed introduction for beginners. It’s the perfect book to start with if you're new to crocheting, but it’s also super enjoyable for experienced crafters. I've already made some of the cutest gifts for my family and friends, and they’ve all loved them.Highly recommend this book—every crocheter who’s into cute animal projects needs this on their shelf!

I love this book. What a bargain to get all these cute patterns for $18. Amigurumi is relatively new to me. I made the frog first and now the dragon. They turned out great! The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The book offers good general instructions and good pictures, which I love. This is a beautiful book just to look at and have in your library. It's hard to find unusual little creatures to crochet and I'm bored with the same baby type animals. These are different and weird and so cute. My grandchildren went crazy picking out which one they wanted first. One last thing is that I wanted to learn something new and with this book I am learning many new things and that's what makes it so exciting and fun to work on. Be sure and get yourself a thin good quality yarn (not the bulky cheap stuff). I actually ordered mine from Lithuania off Etsy for $2 per skein! Beautiful colors and $5 shipping. Amazing and they are perfect for something like this.

The patterns are unique. The directions are perfect to understand. I want to make everything in the book!

This is the third book I’ve bought from this author and I am so impressed with the quality of the books. They are all so beautiful with plenty of pictures, stitch guides, easy to follow patterns and a variety of new stitches. I’ve made quite a few of the patterns and they all turn out exactly like the picture. I love that the coloring if the animal is all in one layer (instead of making the eye patches in separate pieces and sewing them on for example). I can appreciate how much work went into all of these patterns. I highly recommend any of these PicaPau books.
