I have a chronic groin muscle pull. While this brace cannot eliminate the overstretching, it allows me to move and play without pulling up lame. It is comfortable and the thigh brace stays in place. Some have complained about the velcro straps being hard to undo. A solution: put a thin strip of duct tape across the ends of the velcro fasteners, then trim with scissors. This gives you an end to grab to undo the fasteners.

I'm using for my right hip, and have no problems putting on (some might find it challenging if using for right leg because you have to secure the waist velcro on the back). The support wrap fits securely and stays put. The leg velcro has 2 straps and it's easy to get just the right fit. I wear it under loose fitting pants and according to my husband at least, you really can't tell. I like that it provides support and it makes movement more comfortable.

This is a nice brace for the price. It does help with hip pain, but depending on your injury, the effects may vary.

Works ok, had to cut belt off and just use lower straps

The minute I strapped it on the compression provided immediate relief , just don't strap it to tight being it can restrict blood circulation, you want to put it comfortably tight . But I like it .

2 months post L5 S1 spinal fusion. I'm getting better but my left hip is still very painful. I'm going to therapy and doing everything I'm told. I saw this device and I just knew I needed it. I put it on and it immediately took away 90% of the pain. I'm walking better, and getting up and down much better. I highly recommend. I'm 5'9 150 lbs and it fits like a glove.

If you have a blessed backside (plus size 16), it will not fit comfortably.

got this for my mom who works on her feet constantly. she says it helps her a LOT with her sciatica pain.
