I'm unpleasantly surprised by the condition of the product. It was packaged in its original box, but after unpacking it, it looks used, not new. It's scratched and dirty. It's a waste of money to buy a second-hand product.

This item is not very robust. I bought two. I dropped one on to a stone floor and it shattered .
