Q: Do the pans warp/dent when accidentally dropped?

I doubt it. Never dropped one but seem like very good quality pan.

Q: Is there a way to strain with the lid for cooking pasta?

There is one small hole in the lid that can be used for straining, but it's awkward. I can't do it with the larger pans because they are a bit heavy.

Q: Does the inside stain when cooking tomato sauce?

I have cooked with tomato sauce in all of the pans of my set and there is no staining. The surface is nonstick. The set was given to me as a gift and I have added to the set because I like the product so much.
