My kids loves it and cant wait to have it every day. it tasts lemon and has no fish smell or taste. Also I read some studies done with this fish oil where taking it improved kids lenguage development. The only UK made fish oil which also has GLA which helps to absorb omega 3&6. We have been giving this to our kids for a very long time now. Also Im taking capsules myself. I also believe that taking it on a daily bases contribute to us being healthy during winter and not really cathing colds.

I'm really pleased with this product, i bought it for my autistic daughter who is a very picky eater and therefore needs extra supplements. It is very easy to disguise it in her nightly milk and she has taken to it without any problems, she loves the flavour and when my husband commented on how much she is improving I had to remind him that I believed that it is due to the omega 3. My only concern was the postage price which is almost the same as the cost of the product.

I'm sure it's a good value item, but if you're giving it to a young autistic child, you're not going to convince them to take it, unless you put it in a smoothie or something. There also appears to be gluten in it, which isn't good for autism obviously.

I gave this to my son at 7 hes now 22 . He was behind at school at 7 . He improved with everything and got As and bs for his exams . I watched a documentary about this with a scientist, the scientist gave 5 children this and the other 5 he didn't. The 5 children that had this was so ahead at schools than the ones that never had this fish oil. Do its scientifically proven to improve the brain

I purchased this fish oil supplement to support my toddler’s health, but unfortunately, we experienced unexpected side effects. After about a month of daily use, I noticed significant mood swings and increased irritability in my daughter, which is unusual for her. I narrowed it down to this supplement and believe it may be due to the evening primrose oil (EPO) included in the ingredients. Evening primrose oil can affect mood and behavior in some sensitive individuals, especially young children. If you're considering this for your toddler, please be aware of the potential impact on their mood. After stopping it, her behavior returned to normal within a week, so thankfully, no lasting effects. This may work well for some children, but if you notice any unusual behavior, it might be worth pausing to see if the supplement is the cause. I just wanted to share our experience so other parents can make an informed decision.
