Q: This any good to buff off gel nail polish when doing infills?

No. Not in my opinion.. it's just a very good ergonomically designed nail file

Q: Is this long enough to reach your toes without bending over?

This will depend on how tall you are and how flexible. I am quite short and cannot reach my toes without bending over. Also, the curved nail file is actually 4 differnet filing options so not one long nail file. I hope this helps.

Q: Can this file be washed

I wondered about this. So I lightly & quickly washed (water only) away the nail debris from one used surface of one file (the coarse side). I then dried it with a hair drier. This seeemed to work as, unlike the standard emery boards which would degrade (come unstuck) from getting wet, the 'StyleFile' remained robust & I could use it again. Its possible the coarse side is a little less coarse now, but that's from use and not from getting wet.
