We have a lot of these plates & bowls for cold salads or hot dishes. While cooking, we'll put them on the stove, near the burners, to warm them up - the food stays hot that much longer! For salads, just a little chill keeps the lettuce crispy longer.For soups, chili, hot dishes, we pre-heat a little, and the meal is hot to the end!

They are just the right size for cereal or soup! I use them everyday.

The bowls are very cute. The speckling is so faint as to be basically invisible. They match well with my vancasso dinnerware. They're the perfect size for cereal, your utensil won't fall into the bowl - which is the problem I was having with the much wider bowls that came with my dinnerware set. The color is as pictured. They are of good weight and seem sturdy. Went through the dishwasher just fine. However, they are a bit overpriced at $30 for 4 bowls. I think $20 would be a much more appropriate price for these, but I'm not unhappy with the bowls themselves.

The media could not be loaded. Great bowl and so cute! Easy to clean being dishwasher safe and look so high end for a really reasonable price! The size is perfect for cereal or soup, and don’t tip easily which is a plus!

Very beautiful and sturdy for a dorm kitchen but so nice for a home as well!
