Love Love Love—Hidden Gem in the Bottle World
Cannot speak highly enough about these bottles. Not only are they glass which has been a game changer between breast milk/formula, but they were recommended to us when our little one was struggling with latching and ineffectively eating. Less than two months later and she is a PRO. I would recommend these bottles to anyone and everyone. However, be aware that they take FOREVER to arrive via Amazon. After trying them out and loving them, we needed to purchase more so we were not washing after each feed. Since Amazon delivery was going to take over a month to arrive, I headed to their website to order directly from them. Their site is MISERABLE to purchase from. Very confusing and definitely an investment so it was SHOCK to me when I found out I did not order the glass ones. However, after working with the customer service on an order I can only speak highly of them. Getting refunded took a while, but it was well worth it for my daughter to eat well and to receive the bottles that we were hoping for.HINT: If your child struggles with the nipple on these, try unscrewing it a little bit. Sometimes its too tight and the nipple gets funny. If you are still having issues, we recommend the Lansinoh brand. Lansinoh bought out Pigeon so they are interchangeable—but their nipples work better for formula, they are 80% cheaper, plus arrive on time.

Love Pigeon
My lactation consultant recommended this brand specifically (Pigeon) as it is a Japanese-based brand and very reliable. The bottle itself is glass and so it can get hot when warmed/heated (for example with sterilization or drying in the bottle dryer machine) so needs to be handled carefully. The nipple that comes with this specific one is "SS" (Super Slow), which is perfect for newborns and until the little one cannot handle the flow anymore. My IBCLC stated that flow does not need to be changed unless the little one is having a difficult time so we used the SS sizing all throughout. The color of the nipple may change over time with use, but the quality and the effectiveness has not. I would definitely recommend this brand and this bottle.

Wonderful for babies with ties/pallet issues
I could write a book on how impressed I am by these bottles. The n-pples are soft, stretchy just like breast tissue! Our current baby has the same ties and pallet issues as our other babies, so she can't latch. I exclusively pump, she couldn't physically latch on other bottles, these are a winner. She is developing the proper muscles that breastfeeding does, which is ideal for solids and learning to talk. We only have 2, so they are easy to keep track of. We haven't had them break and its been 4.5 months of every day use! Definitely durable and worth the money in the long run. I was so scared to make the jump for such expensive bottles, but I love the fact they are glass.

Great for Breastfed Baby
Love these bottles. We introduced at 4 weeks to our breastfed newborn. She did really great with taking it. The nipples are soft and pass the triangle test recommended by specialist. The guide on the nipple was nice as a new mom to know she was getting a deep latch. The bottles clean well. We bought 4 initially and just got another set today. She takes the bottle 1-2 times a day and has no issues with nipple confusion.

Breaks easily
I absolutely love these bottles but they break with minimal impact. I bought 4 and 3 already broke 😭. You can do better, Pigeon!

Best bottle for my baby with posterior tongue tie
I was recommended this brand by a lactation consultant. So far these have been the best bottles for my baby who absolutely refuses bottles. It’s a struggle even with these ones, but they are still by far the best so far. She has a posterior tongue tie and had a harder time with latching and would not take a pacifier whatsoever. If you’re struggling with bottle refusal it’s worth it to have these in the line up.

Great basic bottle good for a solid latch
My baby was having really bad colic from a shallow latch and terrible suction. Her small mouth and short tongue made it hard to stay latched on other bottles like the Dr Brown and the flexibility and slant of the nipple on these worked perfectly. We wanted glass and love that it has so few parts to wash with the vent on the nipple. It’s super durable and an easy size to hold. The flow is also good, it may be slightly fast for some babies but the company makes other varieties for that need. Very happy with these and have been our go to bottles.

Great bottle, but difficult to air dry
We chose this glass bottle to reduce microplastic exposure for our newborn, and a lactation specialist recommended it to help prevent nipple confusion. The bottle is a great size, feels sturdy, and has been a reliable option for feeding. The only drawback we’ve noticed is that it’s more difficult to air dry compared to other bottles we’ve tried. Water tends to pool on the top ledge, leaving watermarks, which can be a bit frustrating. Aside from that, it’s a well-made bottle and a solid choice for parents looking for a glass alternative.
