Is the message in the gift message box the only thing engraved on the glasses ?

They sent me an email asking what to engrave on the glass so not the same as the Amazon gift message

What is the presentation box like? Is it cheap looking or is it well made and what material is it?

The box is good quality, but the one I received I believe would be more suited to wine glasses as it had been packed out with paper on top of the glasses to hold them in place. Also the engraving was smaller than had been show on the illustration.
