Really beautifully made. Very solid piece of equipment. I followed the recipe (but halved everything as didn’t need a huge amount of biscuits. I also added some vanilla extract into the milk volume to add a bit of flavour. I’d say if anything the mix is very slightly too moist. To make them come out better I set it to number 2, press once and lift quite quickly straight up. I cooked them on 180 (no conventional oven) and baked for 10 minutes in a preheated oven. They cook really quickly so keep an eye on them. I then put blackberry jam to put two together or chocolate in the middle and they really taste great. Think I might try some amendments to the recipe to make the flavour even better but a great start. Overall I’d say it’s a great too to make cute looking biscuits. Wasn’t sure from the reviews but I feel it’s worth buying.

I use this to make little biscuits to serve with tea and coffee. It is so quick to produce 6 or 7 trays of biscuits.And our customers like the variety of shapes they get with their drink! Easy to use, make sure your dough is soft not sticky, no need for paper on your baking trays, it’s really easy to clean.

Really easy to use and very quick. I've added the video because my brain could not compute how the dies would produce cookies and I couldn't find another example online. It's a good, solid piece of kit.

If you take one of the provided recipes the biscuits or cookies will be perfect. The best thing is that everything can be easily cleaned, taking apart and back is no problem (weak point of my old machine). I don't think that not seeing how much dough is left inside should be a problem. Loads of disks so that yo will find some you will love. One disk,though, could not be used as one hole was not properly punched out. I would have preferred a few more recipes or a basic one with suggestions of how to change it etc. I preferred recipes which I had used in my broken (very old) German machine.

Just test drove this and it is a good bit of kit - usage over time will tell on the durability, but it feels of good quality and design. Benefits from using the handle extender just to make life easier, but dough popped out easily in the shapes. Biscuits look very professional and I suspect they won't last too long before they are all scoffed! This was sent from Israel (I thought it was being sent from Italy) and arrived in good time with the bonus of some very pretty stamps on the package. Highly recommend both item and seller.

Only 1 basic recipe included, which didn't work too well for me. However, with the help of youtube and their spritz recipes i have made lots of lovely little shortbread biccies. I would suggest putting the dough in the fridge for an hour or 2 before using though. I can't wait for the grand children to come and make and decorate their own biccies now. Easy to use and clean ( hand wash only ) and a very good selection of shapes.

It was time for a replacement cookie press so I did some research. Marcato came up near the top of all the reviews (and prices!). I was tending towards a different less expensive brand when an extremely good cyber Monday offer popped up. I did a test batch using my old faithful spritz cookie recipe rather than the one in the video and manual. I'd say it was a success. I did follow the manufacturer's suggestion to chill the cookie sheets (on the cold back porch since my fridge isn't wide enough for my cookie sheets). Pros: Easy to use. I roll the dough into a cylinder and insert it into the barrel. The plastic handle extension is sturdy, feels comfortable in the hand, and provides more leverage. There are two size choices for each click of the handle and the cookies were well formed. It was also easy to make extended sections of dough for the wreaths. Reviews say this press accommodates the heavier dough for cheese straws, but I haven't tried that yet. Except for the handle extension and pressing disc, the press is entirely made of metal as are the cookie dies. Cleaning is pretty easy (hand wash only) as very little dough remains in the cylinder. However, some dough does get stuck in the grooves on the back side of the pressing plate which can be a bit fiddly to clean. Cons: The hefty price if you don't get a discount. Also, be careful not to drop as the leading edge can dent on a hard surface. Bottom line: I'm happy I hit the buy button.

I followed the recipe easily although the time is not shown. 15 minutes baking worked for me. The 2xs cookies are small and perfect. My granddaughter made 2 dozen cookies the next day and I froze the remaining dough ( enough for another dozen cookies).

Vale la pena invertir más y tener esta versión ya que está mejor hecha. Yo compré primero la básica y al mes se me rompió. Luego compré esta y llevo más de un año con ella muy contento!
