I read a bad review for this product but decided to purchase it anyway. It cuts vinyl and backing paper so smoothly and works great! I have had absolutely no issues with this product at all.

These cutters do not cut wrapping paper very well. Not sturdy to use.

Four of these come in a package and all they do is bunch the wrapping paper and not properly cut it. Don’t recommend
