Carhartt Men's Loose Straight Washed Duck Double-Front Dungaree Jeans

I'm short, I'll lead with that. I'm used to pants not fitting very well, rolling my pants, getting them hemmed. Not new concepts. but these were absolutely ridiculous. "Loose-fitting" is even a little misleading. I went a size up in these pants, because most of my workwear pants don't fit correctly in the waist. To put this into perspective: I wear the Dickies skinny fit double knee pants all the time, and they fit perfectly. My inseam is like 27/28 or something like that but the 38/30 Dickies skinny fit pants fit me like an absolute glove- even in the length. So I figured with these being "loose" I was safe ordering the same size, surely, if one was skinny and the other is loose. I couldn't even button these pants. Then they were so ungodly tight in the thighs but MASSIVE at the bottom, and they were about 3 times as long as my other pants. No, I did not receive the wrong size. I double and triple-checked with how horribly these fit, but I received the correct size.

I ware them most work days as a general building contractor . I always have the knee pads in place in their pockets. I don't always work on my knees but the pockets ware out before the pants are otherwise worn out....worth it to have knee protection for when you need it..they are to hot for summer..... but great for winter
