Superb Coffee
I buy this for my husband each Christmas as it is a lot more expensive than supermarket coffee. However it is worth the expense as the taste is definitely superior to every day coffee.

Average coffee.
Bought as a gift for true coffee drinker. I hoped it will bring something special to the taste but no. Nothing really that exclusive as they say, it's actually even less tasteful then your average cup of joe. Mild in taste. Smooth in taste but no aroma.

Blue Mountain memories
Over the years I've forgotten what real Blue Mountain coffee tastes like. It's a smoother, softer taste than what I've become accustomed to, but still has that unique taste of the Island. I've made it up several ways, Mokka, cafetiere and expresso. Making it according to the instructions makes for a nice cup if coffee and the Mokka the best brew for me. An expensive drink but considering how much you pay for an average brew on the high street it's not as bad as you might think. 4 months left on the pack for best before date. All seals and vacuum pack and a nice hessian outer pack all perfect. A lot cheaper than buying in town.

Lovely tasting coffee
This has a really lovely flavour and although it's quite expensive, it's Blue Mountain! Definitely worth the extra as a treat. This is the third time I've bought it; this particular time it's not for me, it will be a Christmas present. Arrived exactly the day it was expected.

This did not live up to expectations.
As someone who lived in Jamaica and knows what Blue Mountain coffee should taste like .. this was not it.. Somewhat disappointed that this did not live up to expectations. Having said that the coffee itself tastes fine.

Delicious but needs re-grinding to a finer degree for espresso machines or Italian stove top cafetieres
This is great coffee: it has depth and length, with after tones of chocolate and orange. An excellent Blue Mountain. However note that the grind is 'Medium' (not just the roast). This means that it is fine for cafetiere or filter, but not fine enough for espresso machines (or Italian stove coffee pots). If you use it as it is with such a machine you'll get an inferior, weak brew. You need to grind it again to a finer grain (the equivalent to 3/4 on a professional coffee grinder): it must feel almost (but not quite) powdery between your fingers, a little like caster sugar. Then you can enjoy a splendid espresso! PS: I don't have a dedicated coffee grinder (if I did I would buy the whole bean version!) but I find that my Kenwood blender attachment works very well.
