Been using these for years after finding out I was deficient and have no problems and good value for money. They are easy to swallow and an easy size.

Recommended to take during wnter. It is found in sunshine. ask a chemist or your doctor how much strength you should take.

Good well worth paying the extra

As with all vitamins, it's sometimes hard to know if they're actually doing any good. As a senior in a northern country (with an especially poor summer this year) I'm taking these 1000iu tabs in the hope they'll make up for lack of sunlight. They're small and easy to swallow which is essential for me, so I'm happy with this product. They're also good value (providing they work, that is ;-)

Very pleased with the product. The tablet is a really good size, quite small easy to swallow. Personally not experienced any side effects.

Bought these to boost my immune system and these have proved themselves to be really good. I've taken these daily since last year and so far have not had a single cold or infection throughout the winter season when I usually get 3 on average. Very well pleased and I'll continue to use this brand as the pills are easy to swallow.
