I used the Superio insulated silver bag on a backcountry trip and it worked great. It kept my food cold for two full days even in warm weather. The zipper and handles feel solid and it packs easily in a canoe. A reliable cooler bag for camping or long outings.

When you live in the woods of any state and it's a lengthy drive to a grocery store, buying a bag of ice to keep frozen goods from melting is a necessity. At $3.00 per 5 lb bag X 52 weeks per year, that's quite a savings. I have 3 or 4 items usually that fit nicely in this bag along with two frozen water bottles. If you buy more frozen items, the larger bag would be a better investment. The bag seals well and has a good handle. I'm eager to see if it operates as well in the summer months.
