I think most of us now take Vit C & Multi Vits & Minerals plus cherry & whatever else is good for us but a few years ago a friend of ours who is an NHS Scientist & checks your blood & poop put us on to these Goji Berry tablets.He stated they help with your general health & are very good at attacking cancer causing properties within our bodies, he put it in a much more scientific way !Like he said it doesnt guarantee you wont get cancer but it sure as heck does help stop it forming so we have added one of these Goji tablets into our morning Vits & minerals etc & so far fingers crossed we have hit our mid 50's & all is A OK.I suggested you try them for yourselves, only thing is they are a bit rough so can stick in your throat so take with a full glass of water or some milk, not a hot drink just in case & dont panic, they haven't killed us yet haha !

These upset my stomach dreadfully. I am gluten intolerant , but thought after reading guides they would be ok .
