I have two bad knees and have used much more expensive versions of this brace and other knee sparing braces, most of them needing prescriptions. However, this one, which was recommended by the best PT I've had, is the best one I've tried. I purchased other brands before finding this one and was really happy with them as well, but this is a third of the price for the same quality. Without them, I'm only able to walk around for a few hours, but with them, I can walk all day. The silicone circle holds your kneecap in place so the patella doesn't track wrong over the arthitic part, screaming with every step. It reduces the pain by at least 80% on my worst days. I wear them over leggings or with shorts quite often, because they either don't fit under pants or feel uncomfortable (for me). People often stop me to ask where I got them and if it helps. They've held up great through lots of washings and for about a year now. I'd 100% recommend trying them if you're having the same issues. I also do PT, dry needling, lots of stretching/exercise and have lost weight which help as well.

I'm recovering from a ruptured knee injury. Surgery back in April. When I was allowed to use brasses of my own picking, I chose this brace because it looked comfortable and had material that would cover my kneecap.This place has been good for the most part. The one thing that happens is it ends up spinning on me sometimes or sliding downwards. Therefore I have to readjust it a few times a day. When it does shift by spinning around the brace part that should be on the side can end up being over the knee and the other brace slightly behind your leg which can interfere with walking. I recommend using this brace for around the house and be very mindful for what you step. This brace does not help if you have an expected step down. Horrible pain I felt with an unexpected step down of 2 inches. The supports in either side were not strong enough to absorb the unexpected drop of my foot of 2 inches. Becareful with all braces they aren't tailored to our needs or our legs, swelling, or many other factors.

I Love this product. I received it and put it on immediately. I found it very supportive and it felt wonderful for my Bone on Bone Arthritic knee.However after only 2 weeks it stretched out and kept falling down my leg. I kept it and thought to reorder in a smaller size BUT that was too tight.I honestly world love to purchase another one but I don’t know if it will stretch out so quickly.I would love to return this and be compensated with a new one if possible. I’ve only had it for under 3 weeks. I think it may have been defective. Thank you, Beth G

This brace is amazing. I had knee surgery in May, and have been having pain and inflammation ever since. I need to work on strengthening my knee because I somehow continue to keep irritating it. Regular compression sleeves offered a little support, but nothing compared to this brace. I would barely stub my foot or twist my knee slightly and I would be in pain for days and barely able to walk. This brace offers the perfect amount of support and stability. Other compression sleeves don’t offer the support and stability that I need. The only braces that seemed to help were the huge bulky braces that are not comfortable to wear all day. Especially not in the summer time.This brace offers the right amount of support and stability. It allows me to continue on with my rehab and not continue to hurt myself and cause a setback. This brace stays in place, No rolling down, doesn’t irritate my skin, is comfortable to wear for long hours at a time, and is comfortable to wear while exercising or doing physical therapy exercises.I absolutely love this brace and definitely recommend. I probably ordered around 7 other compression sleeves and various braces before finding this gem that works perfectly for me. Oh, and I enjoy the cute color choices. Makes me happier to put on this compression sleeve when it’s pretty and one of my favorite colors. Happy healing friends!

My leg circumference at 5” above my knee is right in the middle of the “Large” range given by the manufacturer. I followed the instructions and pulled the sleeve on using the side supports. At first I thought the sleeve was so tight that it would cut off circulation in my leg. However it loosened up with use and then would not stay in place over my patella until I placed a knee strap just below the ring that surrounds my kneecap. Now it stays up, stabilizes my patella and reduces pain from a cartilage tear. It is a little hot in the summer but it is light and works well as long as I put on the knee strap that I already had.

This brace has really been helpful since I tore both of my menisci and pulled a tendon. It has provided support without being too constricting. Also, it stays in place and doesn't roll down.However, I forgot to take it off at bedtime last night, then this morning I noticed my thigh was tender, so I took off the brace to check. I had several blisters along where the non-slip band rests. Most were small, but one was about 1/3". (I did put it on right after a hot bath. Not sure if that's a contributing factor.)

Looks a great support but the size mentioned is confusing. Despite buying correct size it is very tight. Unfortunately is also non returnable. Next size Large jumps from 999 to some 5600 for some unjustified reasons. Take care of size or it is waste for you
