It is a very lightweight and gentle product for beginners. For people complaining that is doesn't work instantly on their acne, it never claimed to do so !? The niacinamide helps with pores and getting an even skin texture and betaine helps absorbing water. And in my experience it's working well and didn't irritate my skin . However I don't have very sensitive skin so I don't know about that .

Been using this serum for a few days. it feels light and soothing on the skin. My face stays less oily and more hydrated through the day. Overall, a nice everyday serum

I picked up the UNDERATED 5% Niacinamide & 3% Betaine Serum mainly for its niacinamide content, hoping it would help with dark spots and acne marks. While it does provide instant hydration and leaves a nice glow, I've found that it takes quite a long time to show any noticeable results on hyperpigmentation. That said, it's a decent product for the price—great for moisturizing dry skin and making it look healthier. If you're looking for quick dark spot reduction, you might need to be patient, but for basic hydration and glow, it does the job!

Very water based products . U will not even feel like its there and its not even effective . If u a beginer and have just started the skin care riytine rhen this is a good option otherwise dont go for it. Its very easy to use but i didnt see any effects on my fave yet

Writing this after finishing one bottle: I have an oily and acne prone skin. I needed something to control my acne. This serum helped me reduce my acne but did not help much at the same time. I still had breakouts and it couldn't control that. I am not a fan of its consistency either. It is very watery and feels like you are just putting water from a fancy dopper on your face. If you are a beginner, then go for it. I am looking forward to more releases of this brand. I'd suggest them to launch a 10% niacinamide serum for people like me.
