My chiropractor recommended this for my issues. She warned me that it's not the cheapest, but that it's the best. I find it very very effective. For those of us who have the gene where we can't produce our own DAO enzyme, this is nothing short of a life saver. Like literally I would get sick from my own histamine if I had an encounter with an allergen. Now I just digest my own defensive histamine and it doesn't build up. Love my life without the sniffles. Take one after dinner and that's it. Fabulous product.

So far, so good! It may be a bit early, but I’m VERY excited. Other probiotic powders caused me to breakout in horrible acne, and gave me debilitating nausea with pounding headaches. I cant eat fermented foods/high histamine foods, and unfortunately a lot of common probiotic supplements have strains that are either high histamine or histamine liberators. I am not diagnosed with anything, but let’s just say I’m acutely aware of how my body reacts to certain foods/supplements. I took 2 of these capsules per day with prebiotic-rich/ high fiber foods, and have been for a week now. I am happy to say that nothing happened. No weird flushing or anything I mentioned above. I will be checking in down the road with an update. I’m excited as I don’t feel that horrible lip itch when I eat leftovers now! If you’re histamine sensitive like me, give these a try! I empty the capsules into water, mix, and drink.

if you have histamine intolerance, this is a must-try. I've been struggling with perimenopause-induced histamine issues for two years now, including inflammation in my lungs that has made breathing super difficult. i was already using DAO supplements and those helped, but this product is a total miracle for me. I've reacted poorly to nearly every supplement or medication suggested -- quercetin, stinging nettle, multiple probiotics, turmeric, multiple inhalers, antihistamines (go effing figure lol), even bioidentical hormone cream bc this all started with peri (yeah the irony is not lost on me)-- but this has only been positive with no bad reactions at all. i can breathe better, my anxiety is lower, my 'histamine bucket' is larger, i can even eat out at a restaurant and have a couple drinks without wheezing like a wildebeest. i cannot thank the people who created this enough, it's amazing!!

10 stars!! Best probiotic I’ve ever taken. I’ve had eczema in one spot for over ten years…within a month of starting this it cleared and has stayed clear for 6months!! Huge difference in my gut as well. I’ve never written a review before but this product is SO WORTH IT!

Though I can not say for sure, this particular product -Histaminx- may have contributed to a raging UTI. I actually like other products that Seeking Health puts out. In fact I had been using their other Probiota Bifido with good results for many months. (I do have histamine issues). It is very expensive though-$50 for 60 caps. I noticed back in November, when I needed to re-order, that they offered this other product and it was $17 cheaper, so I thought I would give it a try. It seemed to be good at keeping me regular, so I thought great! I found something that works as well for $17 less, and forgot about it. Shortly thereafter, I started getting UTI symptoms for the 1st time since my early 20's -I'm 55 now so it's been a very long time. I went almost mad trying to clear up this UTI. Pure Cranberry, Echinacea/Goldenseal , Uva Ursi, D-Mannose, Vitamin C, very clean living etc, etc. It just kept coming back. I am on a very healthy anti-inflammatory diet so I could not figure out what or why I was plagued with these issues. I am someone who NEVER gets sick. I have been with my boyfriend for some time, without any issues in this department, so I was pretty certain it was not sex related. I started doing more and more research online in the last few days and weeks as it was starting to cause extreme anxiety as well as rejecting my sweetheart. When I first read how important it was to be on a good probiotic for UTI's I thought, OK, check. After all I had been on this expensive brand for a while, so it must be something else. I had actually forgotten that I switched to a different one a couple months ago. My symptoms have been getting worse with each passing day. A lightbulb finally went off over my head last week, as I finally remembered that I had made this switch. Also, it was the only change I had made in my supplements. I ordered the $50 bifido supplement from the same company via Amazon. I started back on it a few days ago, and all my symptoms have been fading away, more and more with each passing hour.. As I mentioned, I have no real proof that this product caused such an imbalance in my delicate system so as to cause such an awful reaction. And I do like the other product this company puts out, but I wanted to document this in case any one else experiences it, especially ladies. As others mentioned, probiotics work differently for everyone, and this may be the holy grail for someone else, but it was a nightmare for me.

A possibly remedy for histamine intolerance. Seems to work ok, but take according to directions, and results may be gradual.

Allergies are better, itching at night is better, nosebleeds are better. One week in. Will update at 30 days.

I have taken other probiotics over the years, but never noticed the change like I did with this product. I have alpha gal and was told by my doctor to use a probiotic. After researching which one to use, found this one. It was a bit more expensive than others, but started working immediately and is low histamine, which is a must when you have alpha gal.
