I purchased these because I always need a wing nut size that I do not have. If you go to a hardware store and buy all of these in this assortment you would spend well over $100. I spent $25 on Amazon and received these the next day. Great quality, packed nicely too. The next time I need a wing nut I am sure I will have it on hand!

Most of all I like that you can use these in many different ways what I use them for is My fishing rod holders I went to home Depot and bought several of the threaded rods and threaded coupling the same size as the rod holders I cut the link of the threaded rods so that I don't have to Been over to reach my fishing rod just set in my chair and just reach to the side of me right or left get the wing nut ready to tighten down whenever you place your rod in the position you want to fish and just turn the wing nut until snug with your fingers or a pair of pliers works great

I bought these because we lost the wing nuts that went to my bed frame.
