Mug gorgeous. Lovely colours. Royal Albert with no box 🤔🤔🤔 never came with box wasn't happy but Amazon CS really helpful. It shows a box and should be in a box. Not a problem if keeping to use, but if a present or something you won't use and may sell when fed up with it is.

Lovely little mug; well made and a pleasure to drink from. The colours are gorgeous, and it has become one of my favourite mugs (and I have a LOT of mugs!).

Lovely cup. However, there’s no box as advertised. I received just a cup wrapped in a bubble wrap.

The pictures on Amazon show this boxed in a Royal Albert gift box. Mine arrived loose in an amazon box wrapped in bubble wrap, looked really rubbish and not nice enough to give as a gift. The mug was pretty though. Amazon are sending another will see if this arrives as described. V disappointing.

Lovely mug, as it was a gift I ordered this as it was to come with a presentation box. When the mug arrived - it was wrapped in bubble wrap, no box which was a pity.
