I was very happy with the quality and price of the dispenser. It was easy to install and looks great!!

Second time buying this product for the restroom at our church. The soap seems to eat away at the back side of the sight glass, which then leaks whenever the soap level is above it.

The dispenser arrived and really looked great. It was easy to install and we were very happy for a few days. The happiness ended however when it started to leak. The spring inside of the unit was not strong enough to pop back out. It would leak all over the counter top when not in use. Not happy with the product. I am going to try some different soaps and see if that helps. Maybe a running foam soap or something.

Thus is the 3rd one of these I have purchased. Get abt 1 yr use, then they leak.switching to aa foam dispenser after thus one wears out...

I bought this wall mount soap dispenser a few months ago. The dispenser started working fine but about a month later started to change the clear liquid soap to black soap. I still have a new one in a box but it's too late for us to return.

Soon after we started using the soap dispenser it started leaking and whole dispenser of soap leaked unto the floor. Very disappointed.
