I had previously tried a similar renowned product which was more expensive (Advertised on a Quality TV Shopping Channel), however due to constant problems that was returned. I am very pleased with this item as it fulfils my requirements and so far troublefree.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great little device; the best part is that it allows me to transfer photos, videos, music, documents, as well as backup my phone and contacts. Photos saved on an iPhone/iPad, for example, can be easily transferred to a PC/Mac and the same applies for Android devices. To use the product on an iPhone, you must first download the app. I wasn't expecting this and assumed it would work from the files app on my iPhone, however the Hi Pro app is simple to use. The main functions are: transferring, backing up, and recording/taking photos directly from a device onto the stick: if you run out of memory, plug it in and video directly to the memory stick. On each end, there are two connectors a USB C connections and lighting. I frequently transfer files from the stick to my MacBook Pro, which doesn't require any software download to use. Overall, a fantastic little gadget. It's small enough to fit on my keychain, has a large storage capacity, and transfers data quickly. If you're using the product with an Android device, make sure it has an OTG feature; this does not apply to Apple devices.

I have a lot of music files that I need to email/whatsapp or message out from my phone.. I now have all my files backed up from the computer and can access them on my phone as required without clogging up my phone memory… very useful. The key ring that comes with it is strong and easy to use, so the memory stick just clips on my key ring when I need to have it with me.. It comes with little covers for the swivelling ports, but they fall off and get lost too easily, sadly - good idea but they need to sit more firmly on the port to prevent them falling off to be truly useful

I have transferred file successfully and they’ve played a few times. However, going back a few days later you’ll find that the files are readable. Once again I transfer them onto the stick and they play okay. It is not the same files I’m transferring and it is random. Therefore, the reliability of this stick is not good. You could end up losing precious files fortunately I kept the original back up. It is impossible to update the software that you need to use this on an iPhone or iPad. There is no support from the developer. Wouldn’t recommend.

I need to read through the small booklet but currently cannot get it to work with the Mac so turned out to be a very expensive usb stick

The usb device works with my IPhone 15 pro max and older devices plus normal computers. So far working very well.
