The advertisment is not worded well and because I did not see the bit which says it is NOT for a Galaxy III s but a Galaxy Mini.... I now have a battery which I dont need.Speedy service and thanks

I bought this battery as an Original Genuine battery for my BB Bold 9700.It is a tighter fit than the battery that came with the phone & so far has been charged twice & is holding the charge for the expected 24hours. Lets hope it lasts!

Bought the above "Blackberry Original M-S1 Battery 1500 mAh for Bold 9000/9799/9780" from "Techno Rhino" through Amazon as a replacement for my ailing Blackberry Phone's original battery. Although billed as "original" and genuine, it has affected my phone and keeps turning it off all on its own!!. There was a loud "crackling" on one instance when re-trying and re-inserting it into the phone - I immediately removed it to prevent any possible damage to the phone.Because I was away shortly after ordering this battery and it didn't arrive until after I had left to go abroad to work, by the time I returned to try it the "28 days" had expired. Not that I am worried about the £3.77 I spent - not worth the expense and trouble of claiming it back. However the principle does concern me that I have bought a battery in good faith and it "just don't work"!!Have re-inserted my original battery into the phone which still works fine - I just have to charge it up every day - due for a new phone from 02 next March anyway so hope the original lasts out till then - I certainly won't be getting one through Amazon again!!

It charges but doent discharge so you wud think yu stil hav high battery levels when in fact it may be dead and it will die when yu need it d most. Wil keep as d extra an keep using my old original battery.

Not made clear at time of purchase that this is not a full size battery and only has a nominal amount of life. From a full charge it had run flat within 3hrs and this was brand new.For someone who simply wants an extra battery as a short term option if caught short when out and about, this might be an option, but if like me you want to replace your original battery then steer well clear

I would recommend everyone not buy any product from this this seller. I bought a battery for my blackberry bold 9000 and it turned it to be even worse than my old battery. Contacted the sellet twice but no response so far, not even an acknowledgement. The battery doesnt even run for couple of hours and the phone switches of abruptly even if the indicator shows 40-50% charge availabe. Please do not buy this product.
