If you have trouble getting to sleep because your brain is too active and you can't stop thinking, these might help. I take two just before bed say while I'm reading a book for a few minutes and they work fairly quickly. I'm soon sleepy and ready to call it a night. I also notice that when I wake up the next morning I have less aches and pains. Being over 50 that is really saying something. These used to be sold in larger bottles, but now they sell less in each bottle and they are smaller. I guess however they still work the same and are the identical formulation I'm used to. I have only taken a few for a short amount of time. I woke up this morning and had pain from pinched nerve in low back. I didn't take these specifically for the pain. I took 1 to deal with stress at work and it made me a little calmer at work. About 4 hours later I took another for stress at work my stress tolerance at work seemed lower than the first dose so I took one ltheanine capsule it helped with stress some. Another 4 hours passed and I took another gummy bear for stress at work (very long day). 3 rd gummy bear helped with my stress level. Then I remembered my pain from my pinched nerve in low back/ hip area disappeared after the first gummy bear in the morning and had not returned. Pretty awesome since the pain is usually very severe. Took just a few minutes for the pain to go away. I like these the flavor and texture is great like a candy gummy bear from the candy store. Would like to see in higher doses of this brand for lasting calming effect. One thing that needs improved is the paper circle under the bottle cap needs glued on better it just falls off when opening the bottle and the first time I opened the bottle I wondered if someone had opened the bottle already then I realized after opening the 2nd bottle that the paper circle under the bottle cap wasnt glued on good and the manufacturer should do a better job of sealing the paper circle onto the bottle. Overall I recommend this brand for the taste and effectiveness. Oh And another thing the manufacturer needs to have the print on the label bigger it was extremely difficult to read the warning label that did not appear to be in the pictures with the product description.

I use this as a sleep aide and it works really well. No after effects in the morning.

I can’t say that they don’t help but I wouldn’t claim they’re wonderful either. They do taste good though.

Got it and arrived the next day as promised. My fiancé and I both took 2 at bed and had the worse headache and night ever! I would sleep on the ground made of pine branches before ever taking that again! The bottle doesn’t give much information at all on exactly what is in it, but I couldn’t sleep and body cramps as if I was dehydrated but drink water and am in good health and have no major health problems except anxiety and sleep problems as my fiancé does. We were weak and sweaty and felt off! I would say be careful of what you take and carefully read and do your research before buying anything like this online. I will go back to getting it locally at the pharmacies here. I will say the taste was good but after taste was horrible made our stomachs yucky. I wouldn’t recommend this product or ever use it again.

I thought these gummy’s tasted pretty good. They seem to slightly work for me but I am a special kind of something I have been through chemo and now have chronic pain and sleep issues so these seem to help wind me down and sometimes help me sleep I know there’s not a miracle drug other than some thing I don’t want to take that is a prescription because I don’t feel those are safe and have heard things stay in your system throughout the next day so that it can make you very sleepy and cause possible car accidents and such so I would rather do a more natural healthy kind of way to help and if he’s just help me fall asleep, I usually do pretty good They are worth a try. The texture is a little bit weird for me, but I am a texture person other than that I wish they were a little more textured, like real gummy bears, but I can handle it. No worries worth the purchase

Follow up: Next bottle I opened on 040925 was the same they were all stuck together but this time there were 54 gummies in the bottle should be 60.I will not buy these again ever.I've been buying these for a while now and never had a problem. The last batch I got was all stuck together after I got them all separated I decided to count them and there was only 52 it says 60. So how long have I been cheated out of gummies and have not realized it because I never counted them before?.
