I’m putting 5 stars because of the build quality. This legit looks like an aircraft seatbelt though, NOT a fashion belt. I bought this because I thought it looked small so I wouldn’t constantly have to re-attach my luggage. However, there’s no way this is short enough to do that. It’s literally the size of my luggage length with all the extra bags on top of the suitcase. I would use this for securing something maybe, not a person though. Maybe I’ll find use for it securing items from the hardware store or something. Mind you I purchased the medium size.

One of the coolest accessories I’ve ever bought, and the satisfaction of the lift buckle is just so much fun. I’m excited to wear it! Quirky for sure. Well made exactly the same quality as an airplane seatbelt. :)

This is just a seat belt extender for airplanes. Nothing more, nothing less. There's been no modification to it to make it more belt-like. It surprisingly works pretty well for a belt. You can tighten it as much as you want, without having to conform to spaced out holes that may not be perfectly located for the amount of tightness you desire. But there are drawbacks too - for one, it's designed for a stationary person. A person moving about in their day can very easily catch the release lever, and then the belt will open right up and fall off. The belt "buckle" clasp is also very thick for usage as a belt. Secondly, there's no way to secure the extra tail of the belt, except for tucking it into itself, which is not ideal because of the stiffness and material of the seat belt. I ended up sewing a black elastic band around the belt to hold the extra material. However the price is right for what it is. My son is a size Large, with 38" pants waist size, and the XL size belt was the right size. It also looks pretty cool. It's obviously an airplane seatbelt, and it is eye catching (if you want people to notice your belt).

It's really different. I'm big on taking traditional approaches to things so this is perfect for me. It's exactly that of a airline's seatbelt. Same exact concept so it's easy to use.
