The second we bought. Needs quite a lot of heat and REALLY biting down to make any impact. We had to do it twice for my 7 year. We just used hot water in a cup from the kettle.

No tether ability!
The media could not be loaded. The picture form seller clearly shows the Gel max has the tether hole.The item I got does not have this.Useless to me without the ability to tether.

Good purchase
I bought the Junior size for my 143cm 9yo and it looked small in the box but fits fine. The second time we moulded it with hot water we got a decent fit. Comes with its own plastic container.
