Macadamia Natural Quinoa Shampoo with Argan Oil for Color-Treated Hair - Enhances Shine, Strength, and Color Retention

This is some of my fav shampoo. Great smell ad leaves hair soft.

I have Sisterlocks tm and recently rediscovered this product in a local beauty store. I then thought to purchase it on Amazon. I’ve just used both the Color Safe Shampoo and conditioner and must I tell you the products work fantastic on my scalp and hair I only had to use the shampoo twice as it suds very well and cleaned my scalp and hair quickly. The conditioner is very smooth and moisturizing. I have 620 locs that are shoulder length and didn’t have to use a lot of conditioner to smooth and moisturize them. It felt sooo good on my hair, I didn’t want to wash it out but had to, with cold water if I add. This product makes my hair really soft. I would definitely recommend and will continue to purchase. First, I love the eye-catching, unconventional shape of the bottle: so cool! And it sits really nicely in the shower: not too big but also tall enough to grab quickly. Nice! The scent is so pleasant! Not overwhelming, not lingering, just really pretty. Use a generous amount of this and just massage it in while enjoying the fragrance. You can already feel the cleaning power even before rinsing. And, it rinses really easily. My hair looked really nice after it air dry. Defined, healthy, and shiny. I really like that this is a healthy choice but still makes my hair look fantastic. Best of both worlds!

I got this for my child who colors their hair. The shampoo itself comes in a 10 oz bottle with a pop-top cap. The shampoo itself has a floral scent that I thought was very pleasant straight from the bottle. After my child used the shampoo, they said it smelled like a flower while they were using it. Not floral scented, but like an actual flower. I asked if they thought that was a good thing and they said it wasn't good or bad it was just odd. The shampoo creates and nice lather and is easy to wash out of hair. The great ingredients left their hair feeling soft and light once it dried. The scent did still linger, but only lightly. It was hard to decern the difference between this shampoo and the conditioner they used. I would consider that a good thing for those who are opposed to overly floral scents. Overall, it seems like a decent option for a color-safe shampoo. Nothing about it stands out against others, at least that's what my child says. I think the scent is pleasant and the ingredients seem nice, but it's pretty average overall.

This color care shampoo is lightweight and it foams up really well. It also has a clean and fresh scent. The key ingredients used in this formula are: -Hydrolyzed Quinoa (Strengthens hair, nourishes hair, help retains moisture and it adds shine) -Macadamia oil (Regulates scalps oil production, nourishing with vitamins/fatty acids, smooths and adds shine too hair) -Color care polymer (Conditions hair fiber, enhances color vibrancy) -Argan oil (Reduces hair frizz, adds shine, protects hair from damage and prevents dandruff) I personally have had really dry hair this winter. It’s made my hair super frizzy and hard to get a comb through it without breaking strands. On top of that, I’ve also dyed my hair. So I am surprised that this shampoo was able to soften my hair and made it look less frizzy after only a few uses. My red hair looks more vibrant and shiny too! I’m definitely appreciating this shampoo so far. I need to order the conditioner to go with it!

There is something about this shampoo that makes me keep choosing it over my salon $50 bottle! The way my hair feels when I’m using this…. So luxurious and soft, light and clean and I can’t stop running my fingers through my hair and smelling it…. This lathers up really well too. I was shocked at how nicely it lathers. It really makes my hair feel silky and smooth again, and doesn’t weigh it down at all. I wish I hadn’t just spent $50 for a salon shampoo because I would definitely purchase more of this right now. For now I have t his in my rotation and use it about once a week to make it last, because I don’t want to be out of it too quickly. I love it that much! I want to try the conditioner too. This is the best shampoo ever, seriously!

I haven’t used this yet, but pretty sure I will not purchase again. For the price that’s charged these bottles should be full, but they are not, the conditioner is to the line where it says prevents fading, the shampoo is to where it says Deep hydration, in the white tabs. I’m glad I opened one to see what it smelled like.

I love this product, makes my hair very soft and manageable. As I’ve had dry hair due to coloring, this has really helped . Will be buying more. Would recommend.

Too expensive not worth buying

I bought this to help my dry hair, as it’s been colored . I’m going to buy more. Amazing product, would recommend.
