Quality Fender product!
This guitar was a lot smaller than I envisioned, but it has huge sound! Great Fender craftmanship, and it is a beauty to behold as well. The pickup controls were inside so I thought I had misread the description. Plugged it in to my amp and it sounded even better! The rigid case is also of good quality and a nice bonus! I bought a more expensive Fender electric guitar and it only came with a soft gig bag.

Amazing Value
I’ve owed this since January and I absolutely love this guitar. I think I got pretty lucky when I got it because it was only $280 brand new when I purchased it. $280 for a FULLY SOLID guitar with a hard shell case. Now it did need a few turns with the handy dandy hex key, but after that it was all good. It sounds awesome with some Daddario xs’s. The price of this guitar gets pretty low so I would wait until it gets to that $350 mark then jump on it because it is a awesome value.

Defective and left holding the bag
Bought this guitar based on the glowing 2021 reviews. I like the neck width and body style. Tried to find one but everyone was out of stock. Found on Amazon, shipped from Fender. Ordered it before a local Fender dealer called me that the one they had in stock had a defective neck set and truss rod. Received the guitar, and was impressed, except that the action had to be adjusted; way to high. I had a very busy gig schedule so I passed the guitar to my guitar tech for set up and I was in no hurry. Come to discover this guitar has a defective neck as well. A hump is present where the neck joins the body. Amazon directs me to Fender. Fender responds within a week, says I got to take it to an authorized service center. There is none within an hour travel, although there are many Fender certified techs around, several checked the guitar. I requested a tag to send it for analysis, repair or replacement, but the warranty doesn't cover it. Seems Fender had a bad batch of these to get rid , and the reviews where for version 2. Anyways, I paid over $800 for this, and now the price has gone over a grand. Lot's of great features, but you'd do better with something else.

AWESOME GUITAR
This is an unbelievable guitar ! Beautiful sound and finish. The premium case is awesome! Really can’t believe I got a solid wood guitar with a premium case at this price point. What a deal. Did not have to adjust action and neck was straight. I changed the strings to my favorite so it came out of box ready to tune and play! If you have always wanted a solid wood guitar but could not afford I recommend this beautiful Fender PM-3. What a deal!

Beautiful/light playable guitar but Intonation was not good
This is one of the nicest guitars I have come across. Its light and easy to play. The woodwork is nice but the problem was the intonation. I expected more. I got better intonation from a Fender cd60sce I bought a few months back for almost half the cost. THAT was probably a better deal when viewed from an intonation/cost standpoint. I expected when paying more bucks I would get something better. The funny thing was it arrived almost in tune. It could hold the tuning very very well even over several days it could stay almost in tune. But try and play up the neck - no luck. Then I tried using a capo and got it in tune but the same problem. It was almost ok but just some of the strongs were slightly out and did not play satisfactory chords to my ear. I checked it on a tuner and I could see 2 of the strings were just slightly out of tune when depressed. And its not a nut problem because when I used the capo thus isolating the nut there was the same problem. If I could get one with good intonation I think I would buy 2 of these guitars I liked it so much. Maybe I will head over to GC and put it to them that I will buy one if they can provide it with good intonation. Put the ball in their court.

Fender?? Go Figure? Who knew? Best kept secret....
I cannot believe how good these guitars sound. Solid mahogany back, sides, top, neck, beautiful. Cutaway makes it even better. I bought two and they both sound amazing. Of course I changed strings 11-52 on one, the other 12-53, as soon as I opened the cases. Yes comes with a very good Fender case. Both guitars are fantastic! Satin finish, I put on some lemon oil and wiped off , guitar is wonderful looking and plays with very low action, no buzzing at all. Bound fingerboard is very nice, as well as Fender inlay on headstock. Tuning keys seem to hold tune for the last three weeks, anyway they work very well. I think this is a diamond in the rough, why Fender doesn't put a pickup in this one keeps me scratchin my head or is that something else? lol. Thanks Fender, Guitarmon, Maritimes Atlantic Canada A?

Buenos acabados. Sonido calificado en 8 de 10. Nivel intemedio

Beautiful Guitar.
The very sturdy case, although quite heavy, was very well made. The guitar was stunning to look at and the finish, I could not fault. The only fly in the ointment, as they say way the tone of the guitar. I have a Yamaha, CSF1M guitar which has a much warmer and richer tone. The yamaha has a solid sitka spruce top and mahogany laminate back and sides, we're as the Fender is all solid wood. I was just so disappointed after so many people on you tube say how a solid wood guitar has much better tone. Well unfortunately, I didn't find this the case. I know they say that a solid wood guitar will improve with age but I couldn't take that risk.

Nice guitar but beware
This is a beautiful guitar and a typical mahogany sound (dry and bright). Out the box it was, like all new acoustics, unplayable, with too much neck relief and high bridge (strangely the nut slots were perfect). So I tweaked the neck rod and took a lot off the bridge to get it down from 3.5 m (I kid you not) to a decent 2.25m at the twelfth fret. Now it's playable. The pickups are good and faithfully reproduce it's bright sound. It's a cool country or rock guitar as new and should open up in a few years. As everyone says for an all solid wood guitar you cannot go wrong at the Amazon price.
