EasySeal Natural Silane-Siloxane Penetrating Exterior Concrete Sealer (1 Gallon)

The EasySeal was very easy to apply with a sprayer and clean up was even easier. We did not want to change the color of our concrete just protect it from water and salt so this product worked great. i would recommend this product do to ease of application and the way it beads water.

Easy application using a roller. I followed the directions and did not get any streaking. I applied a number of coats. The cement counters kept their original color. Still very easy to hose off to clean.

I am scoring this sealer low at this point due solely on appearance after applying it to several concrete objects. I sculpt with cement mortar and have used many different sealers over the years and am very experienced in applying them properly. I read the instructions for EasySeal and applied the sealer as instructed ending with the same results every time of white residue. After these results I started experimenting to make sure I didn't do something wrong and regardless of the amount applied, every object sealed turned white! Not good!I have no idea if this product seals as described over time.

I feel ripped off. I used Zinsser Okon S-40 to seal most of my 60-day old driveway. Unfortunately I was a little short of product and needed more. Since it's only available in 5-gal buckets, I decided to to buy 2 gals of EasySeal. Unlike the Okon S-40, it looks like water and has no smell. It goes on like Thompson Waterseal. The package has Silane-Siloxane printered on the front, but no where states the concentration of these key ingredients - I'm guessing only enough to put the words on the package. The lesson learned for me is if I want a specific ingredient only buy a product that states the and buy from a company that has a reputation to protect. BTW, one of the gallons was doubled wrapped because it was leaking when shipped. They don't deserve one star.

Pump sprayed on walkway, porch and some of the driveway, pricey and goes fast but definitely works.

This was easy to apply but the results were not desirable on acid stained concrete floor. There was white residue and the floor was dull and dirty looking after one coat. Would not recommend. Went with another product that turned out beautifully.

Followed the instructions to the letter, but it left white residue all over my brick-like stamped concrete. Now it looks horrible, and I don't know how to make it better. I should have went with a wet look product.
