Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Super Twist Mop

I have been using this mop for years and been a recurring purchaser of this mop at stores. I got the idea of using from my very organizing/neat/clean mom who has been using it for years before that. What I was hesitant in doing was purchasing it from a website without verifying the quality in person. About a year or so ago I decided to take a risk and purchase online (here) and it was just like the ones purchased in stores. I am a huge fan of this type of mop for a few reasons: grip handle, easy to twist dry without getting your hands involved in the wetness of the mop. It also locks in position if you want it to and has a thingy at the top with a scrubber (personally, I do not use that thing that much but I am happy it's there). I use it to clean my home. It is an effective tool for this. I read a few reviews that complained about it breaking. This is odd to me. It make me think they either got a faulty mop or maybe they are just not using it properly, it is just a mop not a steel rocket ship after all. With regular use my mop has been fine and has not broken or anything like that and I love it. Highly recommend.

I like this mop head. It cleans upEasily and I don’t have to touch the Moorhead to squeeze the water out!

I purchased a Mr Clean mop some years ago and I really like how easy it is to use. I needed a second one so I purchased the same brand. I do not like the design of the new one it’s not as easy to wring out the water from the mop.

Cheaply made. I used this item twice and the head literally fell off the second time without me touching it. Prior to that it was great! Amazon wasn’t able to refund me due to the window being closed, but I found a better made version for cheaper in store since I needed a replacement.

Was fine but I only needed the mop not the entire handle. Please show the replacement mop only.

I am very disappointed that I did not get what I ordered. I have had this mop before and wanted to find refills but the refills were different (Blue funnel looking top of refill) so I could not make it fit. I then decided to find the mop that matches the blue funnel top and ordered from you as your own pictures match the refills I ordered but instead I received what I believe is the older version of the mop as the attachment does not fit your mop. The mop I received looks nothing like your pictures. Now, of course you are going to ask that I send it back, further inconveniencing the customer. Shameful. I can show pictures of the mop if you want. Shameful.
