I bought these due to pure curiosity, since it has been popular as a performance-enhancing supplement for the last year. It seems to be the real thing, although the doses are advertised and labeled in a very irrational and consumer-unfriendly way. In reality: 1 capsule = 300mg powder 1 serving (2 capsules) = 600mg powder This powder is standardized to 20:1 potency, twice that of some other products, so it's "equivalent" to 600 and 1200mg respectively, and marketed as such. Advisable to use only one capsule or even half, as the side-effects of excess are notable.

As I had researched this product a lot. This was the easiest and most effective place to buy this. The MG is great value for money. It has 0 side effects as it is pure and boosts energy level and strength

I've been taking this for 3 months in combination with other vitamins and creatine. It is a beast of a supplement. My force skyrocketed and I started to lose more fat and increase muscle mass. Of course, this is not a miracle substance. I think this probably helped 5-10% in my results, the rest come from a proper diet, exercise and sleeping routine. If you got those 3 in check, this will give you an extra boost but don't expect it to change your life

Avoid this brand of this product. Have used different brands and had amazing results. With this brand I've had little or no results, only bought as was a little cheaper than my usual. Clearly filled with filler. My advice, if you can spend a few £ more,get a better brand.
