Why does it say 5g net carbs? If you take fibre off total carbs it doesnt equal 5? What am I missing?

UK nutrition labels already display net carb amount (excluding labels that have sugar alcohols in which case you would need to deduct them) hence why fiber amount is listed separately. Literally just learned this today. In the US where I'm from, we actually have to deduct fiber because it's indented under carbs. So in the UK, net carbs = total - polyols/sugar alcohol (if any), otherwise the calculation is done for you. However, the listing for this bar is wrong. There are 3g net carbs. 9g total - 6g polyols = 3g. I have no idea where they got 5, but that's wrong. Seems to be the case with their other bars.

Yes as far as I could see this is vegetarian. I specifically purchased this item because another brand contains beef gelatin.
