Land Rover Defender Diesel (Feb '07-'16) 56 - 16

I thought this thinking it was a secondhand book, but surprised to find it’s still sealed in its clingfilm wrapper.

Only had this manual for a day and it has already pointed me - a car mechanic virgin 😛 - in the right direction to change a fuse (I thought those died out in the 80's) to make the wipers work again!!! An absolute must when confronted with an actual engine rather than a plastic barrier when opening the car bonnet!

I knew there had to be a second fuse board as there was no flasher unit under the seat! I had to ask several people to to locate the flasher unit! Not a mention in this book! What else’s missing!

The print and pictures are low quality so you can't see too much detail. The manual lacks key information as I found out when I was trying to dismantle the dash recently. It's a shame as Haynes used to be the best manuals out there.

A must for any Land Rover Defender aficionado. The Defender is like a giant Meccano set, no planned obsoletion here.
