This product covers dark circles under eyes. Then I use my foundation on top.

can I just sweep a brush over both sides of duo & apply to face daily over my bb cream as a finishing powder?

It is very light to use all over the face. I use it as a highlighter and it’s one of the best in my opinion and I have medium complexion.
