A serious bout of food poisoning left me with a super sensitive digestive system. It is often uncomfortable and occasionally embarrassing and I have come to rely on enzymes, probiotics and activated charcoal to manage it. This product is terrific. The capsules are easy to swallow and the directions are to take one with each meal. I used to take this company's Omega Zyme ULTRA , , also an excellent product, but this one contains greater amounts of enzymes and some additional ingredients including nattokinase. My experience has been positive.I have suffered no digestive upsets or any side effects. Both my digestion and my general sense of well being have improved.

I loveeeee these these are excellent and work so well and does just what they are suppose to do just make sure to drink a lot of fluids aka water 💦

Garden of Life has the most amazing products. And this is certainly one of them. I have lots of food allergies and acid reflux. These enzymes, along with some apple cider vinegar compliment my every meal. Without them I don't do well with digesting.

I was getting these but they were a little pricey so I moved to something a little cheaper other than that good vitamin

This was offered at our local Whole Foods and was easily accessible during my healing phase and I also recommend it to some of my clients as they start their journey.

I am in my 70's and have dealt with constipation almost all my life. I thought taking a probiotic may help me but I have other issues also and this stuff really works!! Since I started taking it I have had no problems except 1 time that I overate. I am scheduled for a colonoscopy and endoscopy when we get the announcement to once again go into public amid the downward slope of the coronavirus. I expect to get good results. I cannot comment on the flavor since it is a capsule and I used reward points in payment that brought down my cost. I assume it is absorbing well.

I don't like knowing that Garden of Life was bought up by either Nestles or one of the drug companies that typically cut corners. They are compromising my health, no doubt. These are helping, so far. The ingredients are okay.
