Good quality product with nice ring. Unfortunately, no bronze screws were provided to fix to wall and so now have to go out to purchase defeating object of home delivery. Otherwise, I would recommend.

Very pleased with the quality of this item and its weight - seems very robust. Only slight problem was the screws provided were slightly too large for the holes on the bracket so we had to file the holes a little. Delivery time was minimal. Good loud ring from the bell.

how do I attach the clapper to the bell?Is mine defective, since there is no way to make this work as a bell !

The bell itself was o.k ,but the packaging was terrible ,it was in an old cardboard box with no Amazon Logo and taped up with duct tape ,in fact it looked like a child had wrapped it ,I paid £30.00 for this item I thought they could have at least provided a decent box for it.NOT HAPPY
