Small capsules that are very easy to swallow. It is difficult to say how effective vitamins are specifically but I do find I have more stamina when taking these.

All good. Riboflavin-5-phosphate is supposed to be more bio-available than the common form on supplement shelves, and it is hard to find. Still turns you wee a bit yellow, though.
