The item comes in as a pair and I think it has a good quality. The material is stretchy and will definitely do its job. When my arms get fatigued, I love the feeling of it being compressed to relieve the pain; hence my reason for buying this. For reference, my measurements are as follows: Wrist: 4 inches Elbow: 6-7 inches Bicep: 9 inches I was choosing between size S and M as the measurements were somehow in between, I choose M instead. Size S would probably be too tight on my arms while M is just right. The compression is well-balanced on my arms. Plus it has a band to prevent it from rolling down your arms. TLDR: I'm happy with the item

I thought the sleeve would have been longer. I would have preferred to.pay half the price and only receive one sleeve.

I never review but this was a must, after 8 months of suffering the worst debilitating pain in both arms especially at night I decided to give these a try as everything else failed and seeing 3am from pain was regular thing as soon as I put on the comfort from the compression was so relieving, they look smaller than what they are but with some stretching and hitching just above the wrist they do go to the armpit, yes I needed help to get it on but I do have RA so hands do struggle. Would I recommend absolutely.. these I believe are going to resolve my sleep issues
