British Indian Restaurant Food At Home: It's Easy When You Know How

When you usually follow a curry recipe you know it is not what you can buy on the high street, it will turn out sub standard. But I think this one is different. Getting all the ingredients together over the past few days had been quite easy even though they number about 15. Plus about three different cooking processes. But after that it looks simple. Sunday before Christmas I will get up early and and give it my best,which should be easy as the instructions are simple go follow.

Very Impressed with the detail and the instructions. Tried the Jalfrezi so far and enjoyed.

No pictures so how can you SEE what you are trying to aim for as in VISUAL SUPPORT during preparation?

I found this book very useful, it is full of hints and tips and very informative, I like Stevens approach his clear instructions and excellent videos on You tube gets you interested, ideal for the beginner or experienced cook. I like this book so much I bought Stevens second book on Authentic curry. I would strongly recommend this book.

Reasonable price

What's in the book is great, albeit very basic and lacking in any illustration or photos. It's also rather thin and lacking in content. There's far more on his youtube channel.Thought I was buying more tbh.
